If you meet the return and exchange conditions, please contact our customer service personnel and we will arrange the return and exchange for you. When returning or exchanging goods, please provide proof of purchase and relevant information so that we can process it quickly.

For returns, we will conduct an inspection upon receipt of the returned item and process the refund after confirming its accuracy;
For exchanges, we will promptly send out new goods upon receipt of the returned item.
